We use the best materials to make this tool. The aluminum parts are made of USA aircraft grade aluminum and are machined and anodized in America to our specified dimensions to ensure quality craftsmanship. Developing the chucking system was critical. We engaged the best 3 jaw keyless chuck manufacturer to custom fabricate this critical tight tolerance component. The chuck allows a complete screwdriver to insert thru the back of the stainless steel housing to grind of various sizes of screwdrivers. The special ER-16 collet chuck is also made of stainless steel.
Makita has a reputation for making some of the best power tools so we decided to use their multi-speed motor to power our own tool. This gives the power and adjustment you would want to make the best grinds for your project.
